International Clearance Options for foreign exchange students

With school back in season, here is a useful link for clubs welcoming foreign exchange students/non US citizen players that are interested in playing.

The process required to follow in order to play and the steps to obtain clearance from the federation.

For children born in military families, please fill out an FR-11 form and use their Consular Certificate of Foreign Birth to clear the players as U.S. citizens.

Referee clinic training dates and details

As the 2015 Fall Soccer season grows near many details become important and urgent. Referee resources for our games is one of those important details. We all know that there is never enough referees to share and as a result, games are not covered. Games requiring three-man teams receive a single referee.

We have some opportunity to mitigate this problem. The following is a list of clinics dates, times, and location:

Full Sided – Grade 8 Clinics:

Urgent note – This clinic now appears on the, https://www.wareferees.org/AvailableClinics.aspx , WA State Referee site. Please inform your people once maximum registration is reached the class will become closed to registry. It is important to register early to prevent losing this opportunity to gain more referees for our games.

Central Kitsap Soccer Club -Tracyton Soccer Club – Full Sided Referee Clinic
Location: Station 41 - Meadowdale, 7600 Old Military Road NE, Bremerton, WA 98311
Date: 09 August Time: 08:30 – 17:00

Registration for these clinics and others are located on the Washington State Referee website: https://www.wareferees.org/AvailableClinics.aspx Pre-registration and completion of online material is REQUIRED.

VERY, VERY IMPORTANT: This class has online material that MUST be completed (and this system MUST say ONLINE COMPLETE in green highlight) prior to class. You WILL NOT be admitted to the class if you have not completed the education and the system does not indicate ONLINE COMPLETE. Paper or email proof of completion is not accepted. There are no exceptions.

All Clinics are open to individuals from all clubs as schedule accommodates your attending. The Small Sided Referee clinic is short, but full of necessary information. Please come prepared to give your full 100% effort.
