Notices - What do they mean?Printable

Notices are intended to inform an individual (Notify them) of something important that is pertinent to them on the District IV website. Typically they involve a change of some sort to a particular match.

Every time that you Log on to the District IV website, the system will check to see if you have any Notices. If the system detects any Notices for you, it will automatically send you to the Member: Notice page to display your Notice/s.

After reading a Notice and understanding what the Notice is informing you of, you should delete it from your Notice Queue so that others who are tracking this information are aware that you have received your Notice. In effect, you acknowledge receipt of the Notice by deleting it after you have read and understood it.

Below is a sample of what a typical Notice might look like. In the sample below, the member has two separate Notices.

 


Notices - How do you delete them?

After reading the Notice and understanding what the Notice was informing you of, you should delete if from your Notice Queue so that others who are tracking this information are aware that you have received your Notice. In effect, you acknowledge receipt by deleting it.

To delete the Notice from your Notice Queue, simply click on the Red X for that particular Notice.
