Notices - What do they mean for Club Assignors?Printable

Notices are intended to inform individual Referees (Notify them) of something important that is pertinent to them on the District IV website. Typically it will involve a change of some sort to a particular match they are assigned to

Every time an individual Logs on to the District IV website, the system will check to see if they have any outstanding Notices. If the system detects any Notices for the individual, it will automatically send them to the Member: Notice page to display their Notice/s.

After reading a Notice and understanding what the Notice is about, they should delete it from their Notice Queue so that others (Club Assingors like you) who are tracking this information only see those Notices that have not yet been asknowledged and deleted.

Below is a sample of what a typical Notice might look like for a Referee. In the sample below, the member has two separate Notices.

What Club Assignors should be looking for and doing as the weekend approaches!

Club Assignors should be checking the status of Assignments for matches involving their home club to ensure the following:

1. There are no TurnBacks pertaining to the coming weekends play by Referees assigned to your clubs home matches that you have not addressed.

2. There are no Unconfirmed Assignments within the next 7 days by Referees assigned to your clubs home matches that you have not addressed.

3. There are no Outstanding Notices for Officials assigned to your clubs home matches for the coming weekend.

Below is a Sample of what you may see when you go to the Assignor: Segment.
