WEBSTAFF Function

The District IV Website WebStaff Function has been designed to enable selected individuals to assist in the maintenance of the District IV Website.

WebStaff Members have the ability to maintain particular portions of the site based upon specific levels within the overall structure of the site (i.e. District, Association, Club Levels).

For instance, one individual may be identified as an NSYSA WebStaff Member while another may be identified as an NKSC WebStaff Member. The NSYSA WebStaff Member will only be able to work with NSYSA identified items. The NKSC WebStaff Member can only work with NKSC identified items. If an individual is identified as both an NSYSA and NKSC WebStaff Member, this individual could then work with any item identified as being either an NSYSA and/or NKSC item.

What Can A WebStaff Member Do?

WebStaff Members will have the ability to work with the following items on the Site within their level of authority:

NOTE: At the present time, Club WebStaff can only work with Calendar Events and Positions.

• Events
  Add/Delete/Edit Calendar, News or What's New? items.
• Forum
  Delete any inappropriate postings that may have been posted to their particular Forum.
• Help
  Add/Delete/Edit News items and/or FAQ's.
• Positions
  Modify the Board of Directors and/or Committee Members by changing the name of the individual who is listed in any particular Position (Officer / Committee).
