AGM Location Update - Save the Date!

The NSYSA AGM will be Monday, March 30.
Time 6:30PM at Sakai Intermediate School
9343 Sportsman Club Rd
Bainbridge Island, WA 98110

After AGM, we'll convene a NSYSA Board meeting. This will be in place of an April Board meeting.
Apologies for the promise of a hybrid Zoom. Unfortunately, moving to the Sakia School resulted in a very restricted firewall WiFi access - and up to 1-bar of cell reception on all phones... Bottom line, no luck with launching and maintaining either Zoom or Google Meet options.

Those unable to join virtually are encouraged to send their NSYSA Officer, Committee or Club reports to both NSYSA President and Secretary for inclusion in the AGM minutes.

Age Group Formation change for 26-27 Registration Cycle

A few quick highlights,

Led by US Soccer, the age group formation change was made based on additional critical feedback, data, and expert input to better align players with their school-grade peers and help increase participation
National youth soccer organizations including US Youth Soccer, US Club Soccer, and AYSO have aligned around the change to August 1 to July 31
WYS State Cups – Recreational Cup, Founders Cup, Presidents Cup, and State Championships – will be based on August 1 to July 31 age group formation for 2026-2027
